Mark Masek

Mark brings more than 35 years of experience across the construction sector, delivering practical workplace health and safety solutions backed by extensive real operational experience both in Australia and internationally.
Mark holds an Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Building), a Certificate IV and Diploma in Work Health and Safety, Lead Auditor OHS Management Systems accreditation through Exemplar Global, ICAM Investigation Training and a Certificate IV in Frontline Management.
Throughout his career, Mark has been involved in major construction and infrastructure projects working within complex operational environments where safety, compliance and practical problem-solving are critical.
Projects Mark has contributed to include the $350 million Health Translation Hub for UNSW in Sydney, Jindabyne Education Campus, the AFP Forensics Facility in Canberra, Huon Aquaculture Salmon Farm in Tasmania, Bathurst Maximum Security Prison, Global Switch Data Centre in Sydney , Goulburn Hospital and the Monaro Schools Projects
Mark’s experience spans construction, civil infrastructure, government projects, industrial operations, data centres, health infrastructure and high-risk workplaces. His approach to workplace health and safety is built around practical field knowledge, strong communication and delivering compliant safety systems that work effectively in real operational environments — not just on paper.
With extensive experience working alongside contractors, management teams and project stakeholders, Mark focuses on helping businesses improve safety culture, reduce risk exposure and achieve practical compliance outcomes tailored to their operations.

Anthony Callaghan

Anthony “Cal” Callaghan brings extensive experience across workplace health and safety, mining, civil operations, power generation, compliance management and law enforcement, delivering practical and people-focused safety solutions supported by strong operational leadership and frontline industry experience.
Cal holds Diplomas in Work Health and Safety, Leadership and Management, Business and Policing Practice, along with additional qualifications in security risk management, government investigations, justice studies and mining operations.
Throughout his career, Cal has worked across mining, civil construction, power station operations, industrial workplaces and government sectors, developing a strong understanding of operational risk management, workplace compliance, incident investigation and workforce engagement within high-risk environments.
Cal’s professional background includes HSE Lead experience with Service Stream at Mount Piper Power Station, senior safety and compliance leadership roles within mining and civil industries, more than a decade with NSW Police, and extensive operational experience with Glencore at Ulan West Operations. His experience also includes exposure to Yancoal sites, mining control room operations, contractor management, safety systems management, auditing, incident investigations, emergency management, risk assessments, training and operational support across complex worksites.
Having worked closely with site teams, management, contractors, clients and operational crews, Cal understands the importance of practical safety systems that are effective in the field — not just compliant on paper. His approach focuses on strong communication, accountability, practical risk management and building positive workplace safety cultures through consistent standards and behaviours.
